PT1 Training Program- $24.95(recurring monthly)

This is a great program to try out and see if e-Training works for you and to see what e-Training is all about!

The PT1 training programs are for those individuals seeking out a new routine or a change in their already current routine. The PT1 program provides a 4-6 week comprehensive full-body training program, that will continually change every 4-6 weeks or as long as you stay with Performance Training. with 24/7 e-mail, text, phone, and/or facebook support from our certified staff.

Basic TrainingOnce you have decided that you would like to give PT1 a chance, after you checkout. You will then be prompted to fill out a 50 question fitness questionnaire. This is all the information our trainers need to build your program, specifically to you and your specific goals. It is very important that you are as detailed as possible. From that point it will take approximately 48 hours until your program is sent out to you.

Professional Training Programs are for those individuals looking for a full body comprehensive training program. Included in the professional program are two-six-week programs for the entire body. The program is broken down into 2 phases; focusing on the individuals needs/goals of the individual, Nutritional guide, evaluations/measurements, 7-day e-mail & phone support from our certified staff, & supplement guide/support. PT recommendations: Great for all fitness/athlete clientele looking to improve overall health and well-being; we recommend this program to all fitness/athletic clientele from beginner – expert levels.

Elite training programs are for those individuals looking for a full body comprehensive training program. Elite programs will last for up to 6 months. Broken down into four, six-week programs (Phases). All tailored fitted to the individual’s needs/goals. Included in the Elite program are: base measurement, training schedule, nutritional guide, sample menus, performance evaluations, PT apparel (UA shirt or Hat), supplement guide/support, supplement discounts/ savings, and 24/7 e-mail/phone/text support with our certified staff. PT recommendations: Excellent for any individual looking to improve overall health and well being. Recommended for any level from Beginner – Expert.

Speed Camp- $120.00 per week

With never ending competition, off-season training has grown exponentially over the past ten years. Professional and collegiate players are constantly trying to gain the edge over the competition and now the same goes for youth and high school players. The off-season is where you develop and harness your skills for the following season.

There is a two-phase process to building fitness for any sport in the off-season.

  1. Improving General Fitness: Improving aerobic power, flexibility, strength, and diet while decreasing body fat and increasing muscle mass.
  2. Sport Specific Conditioning: For athletes, improved aerobic power aids endurance, and decreased body fat allows for faster, more efficient motions. Added strength and flexibility, plus a healthy diet helps to maintain the exercise regimen with a reduced risk of injury.
